1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, jewellery products are not eligible for return, except in the following specific cases:
- Product received is physically damaged on arrival.
- Product received is manufacturing defective.
- Wrong product delivered (does not match your order).
2. Return Request Process
Strict Deadline: Requests received after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery .
- Clear photos and an unboxing video showing the defect or damage must be shared.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
3. Refund Policy
Avirra Jewels maintains a strict policy: Approved cases will be eligible for exchange only. We do not offer cash or credit refunds except in the following circumstance:
- The ordered product is unavailable for replacement or exchange.
If a refund is approved due to unavailability, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days .
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories and conditions are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Golden Shine Collection items (unless defective on arrival).
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
- Items showing normal wear and tear from use.
- Products returned without original packaging or tags.
5. Important Notes
- Variations: Slight color or polish variations are common in handcrafted jewellery and are not considered defects.
- Plating: Natural fading of plating over time due to use or exposure is not considered a manufacturing defect.
- Warranty: Warranty claims must follow the specific warranty terms mentioned in our Terms & Conditions .
